HOT SPRINGS, AR - Officials from the Hot Springs Police Department responded to an accident that left one woman dead.
According to reports, around 6:20pm on July 18, police responded to an accident at MLK and Malvern road. When they arrived, officers found 60-year-old Tommie Thomas ejected from a 1999 Ford Expedition. Thomas was transported to a local hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
