Hot Springs man arrested on suspicion of sexual assault

HOT SPRINGS, AR – Police have arrested a man on suspicion of sexual assault.

According to reports, the victim was at her home in Hot Springs and was receiving “threatening phone calls and text messages” from her ex-boyfriend, 28-year-old Daniel Acosta. The victim told police that around 9:00 pm on March 4, she was laying on her couch in her apartment when Acosta came through her front door, forced her down on the couch by placing his knee on her neck, and forced her to have sexual intercourse with him.

The victim, who suffered injuries to the right side of her neck and her chest, told police that she was afraid to leave, because Acosta threatened to kill her if she did.

Police say Acosta was arrested on April 14 and charged with rape, along with third degree domestic battery.

The investigation is ongoing.

The truth of the matter is that Daniel beat her, tore her clothes off her, broke a silver necklace (cutting her neck), hit her repeatedly, kicked her with the pointed-toed boots that Mexican men in Hot Springs wear, then forced her to have unprotected sex with him. He is being held on 50,000 bond for the rape, 50,000 bond for domestic battery 3rd, and is being held by ICE because he's an illegal immigrant. The "rash" on his head is actually hair missing in patches and bad lighting at the Sheriff's department. He apparently got beat down in Mexico and his head looks like a golf ball. That's not even the worst part of the story, but to protect the innocent I really can't post the rest. He is going to be seen in Hot Springs District Court tomorrow morning 9 a.m. for plea and arraignment.

The rash on his scalp has spread to his t-shirt. I've heard of a species jump but this is ridiculous. But thankfully Acosta got acusted and then he was busted all because he lusted. Hopefully never to see the light of day again.

omgHesaidthat::::: your going to lose this argument big time, Obama's first 2 years in office he held congress and senate democrats and was not able to do anything. Dont give me the republican congress is not working with him.

@ charlie c its only when ignorance is displayed i feel Othe need to correct a person. Of course a person will fail if their in a position not to succeed. Being real congress shuts down any request from obama. He's nothing more more than a puppet like your good ole boy bush and your cheerleaders amber and dilligaf

Suspicion? If they aren't sure let them go. What is this? I believe I would know if it happened or knot. Let dude go. She probably had get it remorse. You know when it's a bout the one accused is not guilty.

@omgHesaidthat :::: Seems that when the truth is told it cuts you deep like a knife. liberal mental midgets as your self get them shorts all twisted in a bunch. I can NOT help it if Obama has failed at everything he laid his hands on.
