The truth of the matter is that Daniel beat her, tore her clothes off her, broke a silver necklace (cutting her neck), hit her repeatedly, kicked her with the pointed-toed boots that Mexican men in Hot Springs wear, then forced her to have unprotected sex with him. He is being held on 50,000 bond for the rape, 50,000 bond for domestic battery 3rd, and is being held by ICE because he's an illegal immigrant. The "rash" on his head is actually hair missing in patches and bad lighting at the Sheriff's department. He apparently got beat down in Mexico and his head looks like a golf ball. That's not even the worst part of the story, but to protect the innocent I really can't post the rest. He is going to be seen in Hot Springs District Court tomorrow morning 9 a.m. for plea and arraignment.
