Hot Springs man charged after infant suffers fractured skull

A Hot Springs man has been charged with first degree domestic battery after his child suffered a fractured skull and multiple other injuries.

Why can't folks just call someone, a friend, a family member, the church, the law when they feel like @ any minute their going to snap. I would much rather face the consequence/fear of the reaction from others, then to harm or take a childs life. What a POS

I think THUGS automatically get that beligerant look on their faces. I have been looking daily at mug shots...there are three kinds...smiling ones...sad ones .....and BELIGERANT ONES LIKE THIS SAVAGE. Beat him with a baseball bat. I don't know if prison justice is a myth or just something to say,.

The charge of first degree domestic battery is not strong enough for crimes like this. There is a law that makes it a more harsh crime if someone under a certain age hits a person over a certain age. The penalty for a crime where a adult causes harm to a child, much less an infant, should be hellacious. There is no call for what this low life POS did. I hope he endures 10 times the pain the baby did.
