Hot Springs man charged with impersonating officer

Authorities in Garland County have charged a man with impersonating a law enforcement officer for allegedly pulling over motorists and writing fake tickets.

How did this guy get the badges, ticket books, and the bullet proof vest? This really looks bad on the sheriff's office, somebody failed, someone should step down or be removed. This is a major breech of security which is obviously lacking. Time for an overhaul. It's hard to put much faith in this organization.

just hire the kid...he can't screw it up any worse than you guy's did...maybe he wrote more tickets than the rest of the tax collectors
