LITTLE ROCK, AR - The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery announced Thursday that a Hot Springs man won $100,000 with a $10 "Wild 10's" scratch-off ticket.

Ryan J. Ball bought the lucky ticket at Crackerbox in Hot Springs.
