Hot Springs man wins $77,777 in lottery

HOT SPRINGS, AR – Hot Springs resident Robert Ferrell won $77,777 from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.
Ferrell won playing with a “Jewel 7’s” ticket he bought at the Lake Hamilton Superstop in Hot Springs.
Ferrell say he plans to invest most of the money.
