LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Gun owners will not be allowed to carry their guns out in the open, no matter where they live in Arkansas.

The House Judiciary Committee sent the "Open Carry" for guns bill down to defeat for a second time.

The sponsor even changed the bill to only allow open carry in rural areas, but needing 11 votes to move to the house floor, it picked up only 10.

here i was starting to think that bunch of elected for lack of a better word fools was truly starting to care an do good for the people who put them in office and then the old bunch comes back that dont care the crooks carry guns the copsonly pretend to care an stop them let the people have the same rights as the crooks to defend themselves an live i say we vote the fools out next election time an bring in someone to do it right
