Inmates fill thousands of sandbags in Faulkner Co

Faulkner County has given residents thousands of sandbags for free over the past couple of days in preparation for Isaac.

Black and white stripes. Reminds me of walking to elementary school in the mid 60's down in Monticello. Walked past a bunch of them building a red brick church. Church is still there; talked to a lady there that did not know her church's brick work was done by inmates. Some had chains on, and a lot of uniforms with shotguns.
