LITTLE ROCK, AR -- The McClellans shop the same way all the time. Lois browses the racks, while her husband Carl uses his muscles to hold everything she picks up.

It's a typical scene, especially when they shop at JCPenny.

"I've lost so much weight I have to keep changing sizes and you can find them here," said Lois.

The shopping experience at JCPenny just turned colors and in their favor. Red is for month-long values, white is for everyday prices, and blue is for best price.

"We worked long and hard for about four weeks solid. People working almost around the clock to re-ticket everything in the store," said store manager Theresa McGavern.

No matter what the item is, it's on sale. No more early morning doorbusters or clipping coupons.

"We're trying to not compete against our competitor. We're trying to look out for our customers," said McGavern.

It's a deal for this shopping fanatic.

"It will keep me coming here because I'm here at least 2 or 3 times a week," said Lois.

She'll keep coming with her husband, too, who serves as her human buggy.

"You may need another arm? We'll get a cart if we need it," said Carl.
