From what stories ran earlier, he had merchandise delivered to his house that was intended for someone else. An honest mistake by the delivery service, but rather than return it or tell the delivery service. He chose to keep it. Which is the orgin of the unusual charge. But the real point is, if he can't be trusted to be honest in small things, Why should we trust him? A thief is a thief, and we have too many dishonest people in power already. If the people elect him again, then they are saying they do not want an honest candidate. Perhaps its too close to Easter, but I can almost hear the call for Barrabas. You might be suprised how many crimes are expunged every day, and many of them quite serious. The judicial system just rubber stamps them making any criminal background checks useless and any conviction a mere temporary formality, and another source of revenue for the legal industry.

Surprise! He's a Democrat! If it was sexual assault instead of theft, he'd be the Democratic frontrunner.

Seems like there ought to be an investigation of this Judge also. I mean, who the hell is he?

We ought to petition to get this guy off the ballot. Apparently knowing people in high places gets you off without a hook.

WHat is theft of property by mistake? In most states there has to be intent to be a theft.

he was just convicted last year????? This is BS! But now politicians are the exception to the law, even the current POTUS is a usurper to the presidency. With his fraudulent social security numbers and his fraudulent birth certificate.
