DUMAS, Ark. (AP) - A judge on Tuesday agreed to move the trial of a man accused of murdering a Pine Bluff teenager from Desha County to Ashley County.

Kenneth Osburn is accused in the August 27, 2006, slaying of Casey Crowder, 17. Prosecutor Thomas Deen is seeking the death penalty.

Trial before Circuit Judge Sam Pope is set for Sept. 20, but lawyers for Osburn say they need more time to prepare and have asked for a delay.

Authorities say Crowder vanished after she ran out of gas on U.S. 65 near Dumas while she was returning to Pine Bluff after visiting her boyfriend at Pickens. Her body was found six days after she disappeared.
