Ok if the lady that trew the ticket away its not hers anymore. Let me ask if she threw some food away in the trash would she fight that person for the food back? The lady that found it should keep it and enjoy her life.

I have been in court for these hearing and what strikes me as odd, is there has been no evidence presented that proves Ms. Duncan was the purchaser of the ticket. Why wasnt there video evidence producted showing her buying the ticket at the time the lottery shows it was sold???

Well now this gets more interesting by the day. The judge bows out of re-trail due to possible impartiality. Gee, you think??? Okay let's start over, if this verdict is the opposite of the one already issued do we do a 2 out 3 ruling?????

stupid is as stupid does... one mans trash is anothers treasure... By time the lawyers get through, there won't be any money. Whoever signed the ticket gets the money, if I had a ticket and it said I was a million dollar winner, my tail would be driving to the main office to collect.

so she scanned the ticket and it said "not a winner"? That's amazing. Amazing in the sense she is the only one who has ever claimed the machine said that. Never mind the fact the lottery has repeatedly explained the machines have never malfunctioned.

the lottery board should pay both party the million dollars because if the computer had not said that ticket was not a winner the lady would not have put oin teash. another reason is if the lottery ticket had not been claim the lottery board would had a million dollars to do as they wish. some one pocket or to some3 company for something else

Ms. Duncan should get the million dollars. She is on camera scanning the barcode and the machine told her it was not a winner so she discarded it.I have had those machine misread the barcode before and tell me a ticket was or was not a winner when it wasn't or was. That is why I always scan the ticket twice to make sure
