Judge won't toss death penalty in Trumann case

A judge says prosecutors can still seek the death penalty against a Trumann man accused of killing a police officer — even though the state Supreme Court recently ruled Arkansas' execution law was unconstitutional.

They can seek the death penalty all they want. The ****ies that run our state and justice system will not carry it out. The tax payers will have to feed and house this POS for to many years.
