LITTLE ROCK, AR – A man suspected of kidnapping his 18-month-old daughter and stabbing the girl’s mother with an ice pick has turned himself in.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office says Ralph Morrison, III brought his daughter and turned himself into U.S. Marshals at an attorney’s office in Texarkana Monday.

18-month-old Zahkairi Morrison was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure. The sheriff’s office says she appeared to be unharmed.

Morrison was taken to the Howard County Jail where he is being held on $250,000 bond.

that's good news. I wonder why he felt compelled to do something like that..Geez, an ice pick???? I also wonder if maybe the mother did something bad towards the daughter and that's what sparked this whole thing. Crazy stuff going on lately, people are going insane.
