I didn't know that apartment managers are supposed to be upholding the law..maybe if Pulaski county would keep the thugs in jail where they belong, there wouldn't be such a problem

Owners of apartments like this do not care about the crime, they dont care about the conditions of the buildings. All they want is the rent. This place is a turd haven and needs to be demolished. Sue the owners and make them move the tenants.

Thank you City of L.R., also thanks to the City Attorney, your office is one of the best. Also tired of looking at Sgt. Caasaandraa in her "house shoe look" while giving a press release.

I stayed at another Henry Property. Literally, a prostitute was 2 doors down from me (who finally got evicted), and there was a meth lab bust in the apartment above me. There are alarms to prevent burglaries, but the management only did one "quarterly" inspection in the year I lived there. I initially thought West Little Rock would be a safer place; I'm glad to be back in the 'burbs.

This is like saying if my house is robbed I am responsible. I thought it was the police who are supposed to control crime not the owner, sounds to me like the police are not doing enough to stop crime there.

Little Rock authorities are a bunch of racist. This Apartment complex is 90% black and they are trying to kick these innocent people out and blame the owners for the cities lack of crime control.

The residents should be taking action not the owners. People, if your neighbor is robbing you who do you blame? The owner? Why? Putting bars on your windows and hiding in your home didn't work? This one reason why LR is hi crime. People need to take back their neighborhoods and stop blaming everyone else. Shutting it down is going to solve what? Nothing. They'll just move to another neighborhood and keep doing the same thing.
