Put in a "no buyout" clause and if the person they hire fails to meet the goals then fire them. Stop paying to get rid of the losers. Seems LRSD is another "get rich quick" scam. Get a million dollar contract then get fired with a buy out. Stop being stupid already.

Based on past history, the only thing we should be concerned about is how much his buyout is going to be when he turns around and leaves after a year?

i agree reverse discrimination the naacp would be raseing hell if they were all white but your right lr schools none worse in state

Funny no whites applied the non whites applie ,take the job and after some months the school district payes them to leave what a joke.
