Lawrence County Deputies arrest two in connection to burglary

LAWRENCE COUNTY, AR – Officials from the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office have arrested two people in connection to a burglary.

Deputies had been searching for 27-year-old Donovan Jones of Lynn for a few days after they say he broke into a residence in Strawberry and stole several items, including guns. On October 15, deputies received a tip that was at a residence in Sharp County near Poughkeepsie. When police arrived on the scene, they found Jones asleep in bed. Jones was arrested and transported back to the Lawrence County Jail.

Also arrested was 30-year-old Natasha Clifton of Lynn on October 13, after the Sheriff’s Office discovered that Clifton allegedly helped Jones to flee Lawrence County. Clifton was charged with hindering apprehension.

Both suspects are in the Lawrence County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Nice mug shot son, asleep and thinking hes free...no toleration for thieves and girlfriends, youll be able to sleep all you want in a comphy bed soon enuf, but there'll be no girls there, well, yes there is, just girls who look like men, ha, pik u one out, and watch the many sunrising yet to come....
