Sex offenders can not, I repeat can not be rehabilitated. Would you allow a vampire, werewolf or Zombie to roam the streets? Well, a sex offender is a real life monster. They should either be destroyed or locked up and never released.

the sad thing is that the public is told time and time again that sex offender registration protects the public. this is absolute proof that protection is nothing but a lie. as a level-3 sex offender due to children's services in california going on a witch hunt 20 years ago, i have first hand knowledge that it only gives law enforcement a way to keep their jails full while telling people that they are protecting them. the system is broken. i was labeled a level-3 by default because I denied the charge i denied 20 years ago. i can appeal, of course; to the people who assessed me. nothing was proven in my case other than my innocence and i still had to take a plea bargain because my public defender told me it was in my best interest. if a person is proven to be a sex offender, he/she should never be allowed back into society. that is the only way to protect the public. that is my rant. thank you for listening.

level 4 means he did something henious ! Why is he out ? Why is he alive ? I don't understand why we bother to label sex offenders if they all get a revolving door policy ! His victems are scared for life. They will have to deal with the aftermath for life. Every relationship from friend to lover will be tainted for live. I guess the the justice system will give him 90 days !

What she failed to tell the reporters is that he impregnated her oldest daughter who was UNDERAGE at the time. He should have never been allowed anywhere near those 12yr old girls!I don't care what his parole officer said, if he is a known sex offender, he isn't coming near my kids! She might as well held the girls down for him! This is a prime example of lack of parenting skills!

How crazy...When I waws 12, I got pregnant by a 22 year old. WOW, huh? Anywho, I was in foster care so they decided to take my son from me when he was two and since I was a minor, there was nothing I could say about it. They found my son's dad and had him sign over his parental rights and from there my son was adopted to another family. I think my son being adopted was a great idea, of course at the time I was sick about and still is, but his dad was never arrested for the crime. JUSTICE??? I think not!!!

He will be let out of jail again, unfortunatly. If he had raped a judges 12 year old daughter, we might see justice served.

The parole officer sent word for my husband to stop harrassing this man when he started recording this man acting weird with one of these babies. He told his parole officer he felt threatened by my husband doing this. Cops came out and told him he was harrassing the POS, and he has rights too. So he had no choice but to back off. Now you see what happened. Reports were made and police and DHS investigated, but adults in house were convinced that POS was innocent. Once my husband was out of picture he had control. We new something was bad wrong, there was nothing we could do!!!! Very frustrating!! I hope he gets life with Big Bubba and justice is served for these babies and the family he preyed on. My husband was on the news and all we want is justice for all three of the girls in our family he abused. May prayers go out to them!!!!

Why is there no death penalty for rape? Is Arkansas COOL with rape?!!! If they want to prove otherwise, the government needs to change the laws to instant death penalty or even better-victim chooses the form of torture and death.
