LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Local non-profits serve a spoonful of food and a full serving of holiday cheer. This morning, the annual Christmas caravan rolled through Little Rock.
Under the Broadway bridge, volunteers provided homeless and low income families with everyday essentials, like food and clothes. Planners say they helped about 200 people.
"It's been a very humbling experience," said volunteer Greg Cullum.
The Christmas Caravan started in 2005 and each year planners say it gets bigger and bigger.
"It just shows you how much people want to help and want to donate," said planner Sandra Wilson.
