Little Rock Police Officer Fired Following Internal Affairs Investigations

Police Officer Natasha Sims received a termination letter from the Police Chief detailing numerous cases of "serious misconduct".



LITTLE ROCK, AR- The Little Rock Police Department has fired Officer Natasha Sims after two Internal Affairs investigations.

The termination letter from Chief Stuart Thomas lists violations stemming from two separate investigations.

In one investigation, Sims is accused of committing an overtime violation, as well as engaging in conduct unbecoming an officer.

In the other case, Sims alleged to have failed to properly handle a traffic stop.

Internal Affairs Investigators concluded that Sims performance as an officer was substandard in both cases.
