Updated (May 9):
LITTLE ROCK, AR - A man police were looking for after a deadly shooting has been questioned and released after turning himself in.

The Little Rock Police Department says Donavan Whittington, 20, came to police headquarters with his attorney late Wednesday.

Police say it will be up to the prosecutor's office to decide if any charges will be filed.

Original story (May 8):
LITTLE ROCK, AR -- A late-night shooting in Little Rock left a 21-year-old man dead and sent bullets crashing into the home of an innocent bystander.

Witnesses say it all started over a video game system.

"I've never seen anything like this," said a witness who declined to give her name out a fear of retribution.  "She was just driving real fast and we thought we had lost him."

The witness said she was with her friend -- who was trying to get away from an ex-boyfriend, a 20-year-old man named Donavan Whittington.  But Whittington cornered them in a cul-de-sac on Black Jack Court.

That's when -- according to the witness -- Kelshawn Mouton tried to intervene, firing two warning shots in the air.  She says Whittington got a gun of his own and opened fire.

"I heard all this, you know, like the wild, wild west," said Dorothy Lovelace-Ramsey who was getting ready for bed in a home just a few steps from where the shooting happened .

"The bullet came through this window," Lovelace-Ramsey said pointing to broken glass.

Bullets sliced through the living room where she was lying just a few minutes earlier and a guest room where a friend stayed the night before

"The bullet would have gotten her because her head would have been up there," she said.

Thankful to still be unscathed, Lovelace-Ramsey watched as Little Rock Police swarmed to the scene.  By the time they arrived Mouton was dead.

Now police are looking for Whittington who witnesses say was originally looking for his ex-girlfriend because she owed him $100 for a video game system.
