LRSD wants to protect teachers who can't and/or won't teach and administrators who couldn't manage a car wash. Private schools and charter schools are the only chance for a kid in Pulaski County to get a decent education. The public schools here should be closed immediately.

As I recall, there was a charter school that catered mainly to the black populace, but due to greed from the "director", money scheduled for the school went into her pocket, and the school lost its charter. Where were the greedy lawyers for that fiasco?

If our Pulaski Co. schools were doing the jobs they were supposed to be doing, they wouldn't have to worry about competition from charter schools now, would they Mr. Heller?
