LITTLE ROCK, AR – Police responded to a shooting Sunday evening that left one man suffering from a gunshot to the groin.
According to reports, officials from the Little Rock Police Department responded to a call about a shooting at a home located in the 3700 block of West 11th street around 5:30 pm on April 8th. When they arrived, they were greeted by two men, 21-year-old Darrell Profitt and 18-year-old Christopher Harris, who told police their friend had been shot. Police found the victim, later identified as 19-year-old Eric Hudson, suffering from a gunshot wound to the groin.
Police say Hudson was taken to UAMS for treatment. His condition is unknown at this time. Profitt and Harris were interviewed at the scene and later released. No arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
