LITTLE ROCK, AR – James Barber, 44, has an active felony warrant for theft by receiving, according to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.

The sheriff’s office says Barber lives at 3701 Atwood Road, Apt. A in Little Rock. Barber may be driving a red 2003 Chevy Cavalier with temporary tag number AR 47 590.

Barber is described as 5’9” and 165 lbs, with green eyes and brown hair. The note on the flyer from the sheriff’s office says Barber will flee if confronted by the police.
