LITTLE ROCK, AR – Two suspects accused of killing a man on his front porch Monday morning have plead not guilty to capital murder charges.
According to reports, 20-year-old Donte Davis and 19-year-old James Johnson plead not guilty to
capital murder charges in connection with the murder of 50-year-old Charles Gaskins on July 30.
Gaskins, 50, was
gunned down on his front porch.
Both Davis and Johnson were denied bond, and are set to appear in courth again on October 1.
