LITTLE ROCK, AR – A Mabelvale man has won $75,000 in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.

According to a release, Brad Rotenberry, of Mabelvale bought a “Cash Frenzy” $5 instant ticket at the Crackerbox 22 located at 10402 Mabelvale Pike.

Rotenberry won $75,000.
