I don't know where you people come up with these stories about what happens in the pen. I've been there and what you talk about hardly ever happens. Perverts get beat down a lot but that's about as far as it goes. Have you not ever heard of AIDS, HIV, and others. You can get no medical help there. A person in there about to die with cancer, in much pain, can't get a baby aspirin. Run that risk. I don't think so. The worse thing in the world is being put in a cage.
