terroristic threatening charge is a violation of free speech. Saying and doing are two totally different things...

sounds to me like some arrogant sob walked up and started laying down the law...what happened to personal property rights...if the didn't want the turd herders on his property then they shouldn't have come...i imagine this man told them several years ago when the sewer lines were laid that this would happen...and none of the idiots listened to him them...i'm sure he didn't believe they would listen to him now...and as far as a "shack" on valentine, that was that man's home...and he deserved to be respected by a hostile government in his own home shack or not

Man obviously has issues. Hopefully a little time in lock-up will help him cool off a little and get the correct outlook on life. If you believe placing a sewer line in the wrong location is worthy of death, then you are not mentally balanced.

Irrational to say the least! What had the sewer workers done to him? Nothing!! He should have been smart enough to go to the "right" people if he had a complaint!

He was holding a hot straight shooter. He just couldn't find his pusher to drive it home or they would of been in real trouble. Crackbilly gone wild.

I would rather he be in jail than loose with that kind of attitude.
