BENTON, AR – Officials from the Benton Police Department have arrested a man on suspicion of sexual assault on a minor.
According to reports, police received a report of possible sexual assault on March 8. 54-year-old Randy Curtis, who police say was associated with the victim, was arrested as a result of the investigation, and was charged with 2nd degree sexual assault, disorderly conduct and harassment. Curtis is currently being held at the Saline County Detention Facility. The investigation is ongoing.
