Man arrested for using bad checks on farm equipment refunds

Lawrence County investigators have arrested a man on theft by deception charges after they say he sold $20,000 in farm equipment, then used a check from a closed account to refund the undelivered equipment.

Boy in a way I'm glad butch is out of pocket. The comment about posted bond with a check might hurt him severly with his laughter.
