and to the person who wrote this proofing is not hard to do all you have to do is go to your options on the program you are using and check the box that says grammar and tenses. The past tense of plea is plead not pleaded I just dont understand the frame of mind of these journalists now days either they are too lazy or have not been taught how to use the tools they are given with the programs they use to write or they sucked in school in English and grammar and I really am down on the person who is supposed to be the editor in chief that is the person responsible for the proofing of the proofing. He is to go over the already proofed version submitted before it hits the press. And while I am on a roll, I would like to know why the news on the tv is the very same words in the same order as the print. What we cant think of different ways of reporting the articles. Is it just easier to print off the newspaper and read it or do we have lazy journalists. I vote for the latter.

dont blame the dude he was there to plead guilty blame the damn judge who let him walk out this is what is wrong with the courts in this state I have said it before and will say it again thisis the state you need to come to if yo want to commit a serious crime or any crime for that matter you will get NOTHING for a sentence and like this dude probably will never spend more than a few hours behind bars. When you commit a violent crime you need to locked away no bond no free walk now had this been a kid with a joint or someone who wrote a hot check to get food for their family or even an unpaid fine or traffic ticket they would be still behind bars but yet you let someone convicted of HOMICIDE walk out the door and say well Ill be back on what ever date to get sentenced are we freaking stupid or what what made this judge think this guy would possibly come back turn himself in to go to prison what an idiot. I think they should take this judge and lock him up until this jerk is found
