PINE BLUFF, AR - A man died in an early morning mobile home fire on South Ohio Street.

Lieutenant Harold Clark identifies the man as Charles Shavers, Jr.

It happened just before 2:00 this morning at 1719 S Ohio Street.

A police officer noticed the fire and called firefighters. Lieutenant Clark says the fire had pretty much taken over the the trailer, so they made sure it didn't spread to other trailers in the trailer park.

Family members later told firefighters they couldn't find Shavers and that he may be inside. Firefighters went in and found Shavers.

The fire is still under investigation.
