Court order isn't issued by the weather. He had plenty of time to move.

Sad part about it is his rent was paid in full. They took his rent, but did they consider a handicapped person can not just get in a car and relocate easily. Especially after getting out of the hospital. Good Shepherd shame on you. Why don't you take the money and repair the mold and other hazards around your facility instead of kicking handicapped individuals out without proper transportation. I hope Adult Protective Services finds out about this and the OLTC.

As unfortunate as this man's situation is, it does sound like he had ample time to make other arrangements. Procrastination does not solve the problem.

sounds like he's a trouble maker...but AR has no renter's rights laws..your landlord can be a slum lord and it's perfectly legal..

When you talk about people that can't read writing the way it was written. Show me in this story where it says he was behind on rent. I don't think the wonderful people protesting for your rights and a better America respond to fights. Although, If he had wanted to cause trouble he should check in to the Randall Williams retirement center. Free food, clothing, and medical. If only they would add shuffle board. If I get to where I can't care for myself it's what I'll do. I've heard enough crying tax payers to have them support me.
