MAGNOLIA, Ark. (AP) — Divers have recovered the body of a Magnolia man who disappeared on Lake Columbia after his boat took on water and sank.

Columbia County Sheriff Mike Loe says 27-year-old Aymen Salameh went missing Sunday night on Lake Columbia. Loe says two people were in the boat near Lake Columbia's spillway and dam when the vessel began to take on water.

The sheriff says the second person was able to make it to shore and call for help. The Banner-News reports that divers found Salameh's body at about 4:15 p.m. Monday.

Bayan; my sympathy to you and your family and friends for the loss of a loved one. I don't think he was trying to be negative; just pointing out something that may save someone else's life someday. Just like the two teenagers that died recently, and weren't wearing seat belts; I mentioned teach your children to wear them. Not trying to be negative. I hope you and your family can find comfort in our Lord and Savior at this time.

You need to pray for his family instead of blaming him for his death. We are going through a lot and we don't want your negative energy. If you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all
