Update: Harley Inthisone was sentenced to 184 years in prison. He will be eligible for parole in 41.5 years.
LITTLE ROCK, AR - After three hours of deliberation, the jury returned a verdict in the attempted capital murder trial of 29-year-old Harley Inthisone.
Inthisone fired shots at Conway officers responding to a call about a trespasser in 2009, seriously injuring Officer Matthew Kimery.
The jury found Inthisone guilty of the attempted capital murder of Kimery and Officer Matt Raeburn.
They did not find him guilty of the attempted capital murders of two other officers, choosing instead to find him guilty of aggravated assault.
Inthisone was also found guilty of possession of a firearm by certain persons.
Inthisone's sister talked to FOX16 in 2009 and said that
her brother had mental issues.
The sentencing phase of the trial is scheduled for Friday morning.
