TEXARKANA, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas authorities said Wednesday that a man jailed on Texas charges of impersonating a police officer is accused of using a blue light to pull over a woman in Miller County and then kidnapping and sexually assaulting her.

Arkansas authorities say a Texas man being held in his home state on charges of impersonating a police officer is accused of pulling over an Arkansas woman in a fake traffic stop and then kidnapping and sexually assaulting her.

Jeremi Matthew Blake, 25, of Queen City, Texas, was being held on $2 million bail in the Bi-State Justice Building for the Texas charges. Online jail records didn't indicate whether he had an attorney.

Miller County Chief Deputy Duke Schofield said Wednesday the county has arrest warrants for Blake in the Arkansas case for kidnapping, sexual assault and impersonating a police officer. He said the alleged incident took place late Saturday or early Sunday.

Schofield said the woman noticed a car closely following her on a highway and continued to tail her after she exited. Then she saw a flashing blue light on the vehicle's dashboard and she pulled over.

The man got out and approached her car. He wore a black T-shirt with "police" in large white letters and told her to get out of her vehicle, which she did, Schofield said.

He said the man handcuffed her and put her in the front seat of his vehicle. The woman told police he drove to an isolated area where he forced her to undress, sexually assaulted her and took pictures of her. The man took her back to her vehicle but stole a $100 bill from her and her driver license, Schofield said.

Blake was arrested Monday after the two women in Texas reported phony traffic stops.

The Texarkana Gazette reported (http://is.gd/VBGaoe ) that officers found the Arkansas woman's driver license and handcuffs in his possession, and that she identified Blake in a photo lineup.

In Blake's vehicle, police say they found a black T-shirt with "police" in large white letters, a flashing red and blue light, and a plastic badge.

If he thinks rape is cool, put him in a cell with someone who will rape and sodomize him repeatedly. But then again, this sick piece of shat will probably like that. Take another route, just shoot him.

Hope he goes to prison, and finds out first hand what it's like to be a rape victim also.

Cut his "privates" off so he can't do it again! Then take his blue light and shove it where the sun don't shine.
