We as America should be past the issue of what color we are, we are all in this together, whether your black white latino or asian, we all must learn to set our differences aside and understand that a youg man no matter what what color or back ground he came from, is gone this is some-one who had a family, that feels the hurt and pain of their lost, So with this being said, we need to let the legal system take it course and find justice if a crime was committed, and yes i find the scenrio of him being searched twice, and no weapon found, but yet still shooting himself in the tempe while hand-cuffed is a little hard to understand. but we need to let the legal system run it,s course before we start questioning what really happend, I will wait for the GSR, report.

this is a bunch of BS why would a 21 year old kill himself over a drug warrant? unless it was a kingpin charge he wasnt facing a lot of time if any (dont know how severe the charge) how could he possibly shoot himself in the head with his hands cuffed behind his back? how did he possibly get in the police car with a gun after 2 searches. why didnt he kill the police and then himself if dying is what he really wanted. he was found with his head in his lap slumped over with a bullet wound to his right temple. i am pretending to be cuffed and trying to reproduce the movements it would take to do that and i cant even get close. money is not worth the loss of a child but money is what this family is going to get and a lot of it.
