SWEET HOME, AR - Pulaski County investigators are gathering all the evidence they can to find a drive-by shooter.

"This is our house," said William Harden, whose brother is now recovering at a Little Rock hospital. "Our house got hit by bullets. my mom and my niece were in there watching TV and their window is broke because of the gunshots. It could have been them too."

Someone shot Harden's brother, Brian Harden, in the head while he worked outside on his car.

"Our investigators are out here, they've been talking to the family, they have talked a limited amount to the victim but they're still trying to piece everything together," said Lt. Carl Minden with the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department.

"He says he doesn't know but give him some time to recover - I think he probably knows from the walk up to the car," said Harden.

Investigators say the shooter drove a dark colored sedan and fired with a single shot shot gun but that's about all the information they have to go on.

"We don't have a suspect in custody, we don't have a suspect identity," said Lt. Minden.

Now Little Rock police are also eager for information on the shooter as they investigate a carjacking at MacArthur Park. Police say a man with a shot gun stole a black Volkswagon Jetta near the pond just before the Sweet Home shooting happened.

If there are enough similarities to the shooter's description, both agencies could be looking for the same man.

But nobody wants an arrest made more than Harden.

"That would help us sleep a little better," he said. "He can do that again and again and again to more families."

If you have any information on either of these crimes, call the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department at (501)340-6963

Seriously - a single shot shotgun. LOL Not your ordinary drive by, is it? Suspect in the carjacking also. I vote for suicide by cop!
