HOT SPRINGS, AR – A man suspected of running over and killing another man
in Hot Springs was arrested by the Garland County Sheriff’s Department Friday.
Chase McGowan was arrested on charges of manslaughter and leaving the scene of an injury accident, both felonies. The charges come in connection with an incident at Smyly’s Crab Shack where Ray Dautartas was killed when he was run over by a car.
