Did you know you can buy wine making supplies with food stamps. I almost wish I could get them. Expunged tells me two things. At one time he was willing to commit a felony. And he had enough good ole boys on his side to get it turned around.

The mayor and chief of police are part of the crime rate in Pine Bluff. Pine Bluff will always be what it is with this group of morons at the helm. Get rid of the mayor, chief of police and the majority of the city council and you may change some.

Expungement is just that, it equals no felony at all. You gotta realize how difficult it must be to find anyone in Crime Bluff that does not have a felony
