LITTLE ROCK, AR -- The video has everyone talking.  It shows ninth grade math students ditching learning about formulas and equations.  Instead, a girl grinds and gyrates on another girl and a boy, and it's all recorded by Michelle Brason's son on his cell phone.

"I'm a concerned parent and I brought this to their attention," said Brason.

After Brason didn't get an immediate response from the principal, she gave the video to us.  The principal has placed her son, along with the other students involved, on emergency removal or sanctioned.  Superintendent Holmes now has to review the case.

District spokeswoman Pamela Smith said this is not a suspension.

"I tell him, hold your head up, don't worry about this because I will fight it all the way if I have to," said Brason.

"Do you regret bringing this video to light?" I asked.

"Not at all. I really do not. I'd do it again if I have to until something is done about this," Brason said.

Brason hopes this will ensure all McClellan students are in a learning environment.

"What parent wants their child and they're having this stuff done, this kind of behavior done at school? I don't think any concerned parent would want that for their child."

The substitute teacher can't return to any school in the district pending the outcome of this investigation.

I am hurt this kind of thing keeps happening in Arkansas school system's. 2nd graders with guns, sexual abuse etc. It's sad you cannot trust adults to provide some level of supervision or education for OUR KIDS we put in their care 6-8 hours a day. Schools are NOT DAYCARE FOR PARENTS! WE WANT OUR KIDS TO BE TAUGHT educational values for life skills.

Pamela Smith should be ashamed of herself for even standing by this nonsense. If she were still an achieve woman she would eat McClellan up for their lack of care and concern for their learning institution. For the ONE woman who cared son's to be sanctioned is ridiculous and goes to show how upset the school is that this brought to light. It's both sad and rewarding that we as taxpayers are able to see what is going on in these classrooms that are for " learning"..remind me again why school is mandated..what a joke McClellan High School.

If you combine this with the kid bring the gun to school in NLR, we have a good picture of the shape the public schools are in. It is no wonder the private schools have waiting lists.

Kids have learned if they report something without solid proof that absolutely nothing will be done. I do not blame the child for recording the incident. His mother is truly an insightful woman. The media needs to get more involved in school issues. The people who are supposed to be in charge should be held accountable and media scrutiny helps that happen. I recently went thru a bullying incident by an opposing teams coach. 3 adults covered for the coach and the child received punishment and threats because he retaliated even though the athletic director admitted he believed the Childs story. Recordings are beginning to be necessary in order to protect yourself. Kids get the picture.
