This dude is crazy, most of the time a trooper is going to shoot back about 10 times i bet his commander chewed his butt out after this.

Really ????? First degree Battery of a Law Enforcement Officer and he shot at the officer to kill him.... Where's the attempted Murder charge? I guess he told the Police that he just shot him but wasnt trying to kill him so they said OH OK then thats not attempted murder. WTF Arkansas is going to Hell in a Hand Basket for their Justice System.
