Some really don't realize when he plead he said he did it. Mental defect or not. Now all the court has to do is decide where he is going. Off the street is off the street. Death penalty would be nice though. OH butch 54 you can't explain anything to some. Ignorance is a high hurdle to make it over.

Butch is right. itsjustme; a couple of theory's on your comment. Perhaps it depends on who's paying them. And the other - some shrinks are liberal, others conservative; therefore, differences in determining their findings.

Isnt it kind of funny how the "experts" from one side say Lard is o.k., and the "experts" from the other side say he is suffering from a "mental defect"? Hmmmmmmmm. Wonder why that is?

First off a defense attorney can only do your bidding and protect your rights. The only thing more insane than pleading innocent by reason of insanity is to not understand what it means and what happens. First the plea of innocent by insanity means you did it but without the mental capacity to understand or comprehend your action. That should make it easy for the jury. All they have to decide is if your sane or not. Ether way you are locked away for a very long time. Mental institution or prison. Learn as much as you can about the law. If nothing else watch a few shows like Nancy Grace. I wish that girl would run for president. They explain lots of these things on that type of show. Remember real live TV. Not NCIC and the like. They are just dramas, fiction not facts. Example. A family got busted for drugs in this state years ago. Most got around five years in a federal prison. The father of the bunch pleaded guilty be reason of mental defect. He was in a nut house years after the rest got out of prison. Someone has to judge you competent before you can leave. Wonder how fast that would happen with a cop killer. The laws are your protection just like rights. Treat them like a gun. Learn how they work and become proficient in there basic use.
