CONWAY, AR – Conway Police say seven people were arrested in connection to drug bust on Carl Stuart Road. In addition to the arrests, police seized prescription drugs, methamphetamine, and cocaine.

The search of the house took place on December 7th. Police say as they made entry into the house, a woman inside threw a glass pipe out of the door. The search yielded glass smoking pipes, a digital scale, plastic baggies, syringes, spoons, prescription drugs, meth, and cocaine, according to police.

While the search was happening, two cars drove up to the home. Those inside the car, to include the homeowner, were taken into custody. Inside the car police say they found drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Six women and one man face charges ranging from maintaining a drug premise within 1,000 feet of a school to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Actually it was in 75 now that I think about it. After I got out. Bought my first baggie my last month in the Army. $20, and you couldn't close the baggie. Ah, for the good old days! Great post wallfisher; but you'll never get the Feds, the shrinks, the teachers, and the medical industry to see it your way! Too much money and mind control at stake. And they say pot is a gateway drug LOL! Gateway to the kitchen for me it was!

You paid to much back then. My first pound was 45. Smoked it all. Used the seed to make more. Boy to get back to the 60's. Well I'm with the 60's but not the ones I want. Those were the good old days. Love was free and easy then. Now it's all hate and anger.

Running a drug house that close to a school should carry a hell of a stiff penalty. I hope Hiland doesnt offer a weak ass plea deal and actually grow a set and make these punk ass thugs pay for running a dope house next to a school.

Agree and disagree. Yes, one is in the game if one is a user. Smoked the green for 25 years. Bought a lb for $80 with my brother-in-law back in the eary '70's with the intention of selling half to make our money back. ( Gas was still around 25 to 30 cents a gallon too ). We smoked the whole thing, with the help of a few friends. Bought a quarter lb once also; again, smoked the whole thing. Just wasn't cut out to deal, "profits" went up in smoke. One guy and 6 females? The man needed something to keep up with 6 hoes!

Dealer addict. Addict dealer. No difference. If you use it you sell or trade to get it. That makes you a dealer whether you use hundreds of dollars worth or five dollars worth a day. Addiction is like baseball. It doesn't matter whether you're pitching or catching. You're in the game.

So, they arrested a bunch of addicts. It would require too much police work to actually arrest the dealers.
