MALVERN, AR – A man suspected of operating a counterfeiting ring and a meth lab out of his home in Hot Spring County was arrested Wednesday.

The Hot Spring County Sheriff’s Office and the Malvern Police Department say Jason Frazier was printing counterfeit currency and making meth in a residence on Phoenix Lane in the Gifford Community.

The sheriff’s office says that a “strong chemical odor consistent with a methamphetamine lab” was emanating from the home. When Frazier was searched, deputies found a half gram of meth and $120 in counterfeit bills in his pocket.

Frazier was booked on counterfeiting and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver charges. He was issued a bond of $15,000.

how do you propose to pay for all the new prisons you will need to uild to do this? that takes money. lots of it. they need to change the sentencing guidelines. when you see a baby molestor get less time than a guy with a little pot the crap is messed up. or you see a murderer get less time than a guy who wrote bad checks. it is out of whack badly and needs to be overhauled.

1gmama, the law enforcement sector is doing their jobs by arresting these lowlife pieces of crap. Its the justice system that lets them back out early and gives them weak sentences.

Lizabeth, how do you think the Law is protesting the good citizens of the world when they catch these crooks and put them back out on the streets to do the same thing all over again? Look at the women who's husband abused her and kidnapped her, they let him go and he did it again even before he went to court for the first one. And look at all these thugs who reoffend repeatedly and still end up back on the streets, I don't call this protection I call it stupid. Lock them up for good and stop letting them out. This is not a revolving door situation, the Law is just leaving the door open, a fine or bond is nothing more than a business and money for the courts.

Lizabeth, if these morons were smart enough to know they would eventually be caught, they would be smart enough to know better than to do this. LOL. The sad part to all of the crimes that are going on from the murders to the dopeheads to the counterfeiters is that once they go to court they will be offered a plea deal for a lesser charge and lesser sentence. The justice system doesnt have the balls to properly convict and sentence anyone anymore.

A person would think that the meth monkeys and paper-money makers would catch on by now that they will get caught at their games. They may need to start playing the game tic-tac-toe instead or the game twisters. At least they are legal. The Law Enforcement are going to catch all these what ever they are. I myself am very glad we have these agencies of the Law to protect me and the good citizens of the world.
