I'm still waiting for those people who are so sure that the use of cannabis is wrong to man up and start taking responsibility for the damages and deaths associated with what they believe to be right.

Weed is the least of our problems, the reason the weight numbers is off is so the cops can take some home with them.

NightWriter, you are the typical anti-marijuana clown. I smoke marijuana, have served in the military, honorably discharged, have held the same job for the last 10 yrs. I also vote Republican, bathe daily, sometimes twice. More people smoke pot than you can ever imagine and guess what, you'd never notice b/c your stereo type is way off...Get a clue, stop being so naive..If you don't want to enjoy pot, that's fine but I'm sick of your type keeping other people from enjoying the freedom to endulge in something that was put here for our benefit.

GO BLUE!!! Get all that crap off our streets!!! Drugs are the LAST thing we need! Pot makes people lazy. That's the NEXT TO THE LAST thing we need is a bunch of lazy people we have to pay for their living because they are too lazy to "get up" and work and earn for themselves.

What kind of BS are we being fed? That's about ignorant, sorry but somebody's scales are off by 2 ounces. Those were 1 pound packages. Idiots, it doesn't take a lot of common sense to figure out these were intentionally packaged this way. No self respecting cannabis distributor would sell 18 ounces pounds.

seems like everytime I read about a drug bust on 40 by a state trooper they say they pulled them over for following too close. Either drug haulers have a bad habit of following too close or I believe the following too close story nrrds to be questioned. Call me a doubting thomas but me thinks trooper might be using creative writing to justify pulling people over.

Monroe if their on the take like those were in Helena, it would be a pretty safe bet what happens to it and where it goes. You know the old "your loss, our gain deal".

johnnieboy - 12 18ounce packages per box - 13 1/2 pounds per box x 17 = 3672 ounces.

@Monroe...No one would ever be able to prove that marijuana causes more deaths than alcohol because it just isnt so. As a matter of fact, it has caused very few. And there has NEVER been anyone overdose on it. Its impossible! But there have been millions die of alcohol poisioning. A person can actually function on it, whereas alcohol they cant. OH! you forgot to mention all the prison and jail space that would be cleared up. There would be much less taxpayer dollars spent to house offenders.
