LITTLE ROCK, AR - A missing 10-year-old girl from Wisconsin was found safe in Arkansas Sunday.
The Perry County Sheriff’s Office says Brianna Lujan appeared unharmed when she was found. Lujan and her suspected abductor, Arlie Yarbrough, were staying at 37 Colorado Drive in Perryville. Yarbrough was taken into custody without incident and is now awaiting extradition to Wisconsin on felony child abduction charges.
Police say Lujan was last seen at her home Amberg, Wisconsin on March 31st. Authorities believed Lujan and Yarbrough were traveling in a maroon 1993 Ford Explorer with Wisconsin license plates 737-TNZ.
Deputies with the Perry County Sheriff’s Office, as well as officers with the Perryville Police Department and the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission found the vehicle with the Wisconsin licence plate on the passenger floorboard.
