LITTLE ROCK, AR – A mistrial has been declared in the rape case of Marco Antionio De La Rosa because the jury could not reach a verdict.

De La Rosa is accused of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl at the Casa Mañana restaurant on Cantrell Road. According to police, the girl was having dinner with her family at the restaurant and went by herself to the restroom. Police say the girl was lured into the men's restroom where she was assaulted and raped. She then returned to the table and told her parents what happened.

A new trial for De La Rosa has been scheduled to start on June 12
