PINE BLUFF, AR – Pine Bluff Police have developed a suspect in connection to
Tuesday night’s death of Leroy Collins, Jr.
Collins was found shot in the head in the parking lot of the apartment complex located at 1320 Maple Street. Police say the suspect in the death is 30-year-old Lester Phillips. Phillips’ last known residence is the apartment complex where Collins was found shot, according to police.
Phillips is wanted on probable cause for first degree murder.
